1. **Eligibility:** The giveaway is open to individuals of all ages who meet the following criteria:

   - To gain additional entries, participants must:

     - Repost the event or giveaway post on their Instagram profile.

     - Tag a friend in the event or giveaway post on Instagram.

     - RSVP to the "MysTea's Back to School Beach Bash" event and be present at the event.

4. **Number of Entries:** Each participant can earn up to four (4) entries - one for following @bytamekaaquatica, one for reposting, one for tagging a friend, and one for RSVPing and being present at the event.

5. **Prize:** The giveaway prize includes the winner's choice of either:

   - (1) 4 pack of 30-minute swimming lessons for one person, OR

   - (1) 4 pack of 30-minute swimming lessons for a parent with a child under the age of 5.

6. **Winner Selection:**

   - The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the entry period.

   - The drawing will take place at 4:30 pm on Sunday, August 31st, 2025, during the "MysTea's Back to School Beach Bash" event.

7. **Winner Notification:** The winner will be notified within 24 hours after the conclusion of the "MysTea's Back to School Beach Bash" event via direct message on Instagram. If the winner is unreachable within a reasonable timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. **Verification of Eligibility:** The winner may be required to provide proof of age and other personal information to verify eligibility. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.

9. **Taxes and Fees:** All taxes and fees associated with the swim lesson giveaway prize are the responsibility of the winner.

10. **Publicity:** By participating in the giveaway, the winner grants permission for their name and/or likeness to be used for promotional purposes without further compensation.

   - Participants can enter the raffle by following @mysteaaquatica on Instagram.

   - To complete their entry, participants must purchase raffle tickets at the designated ticket booth during the "MysTea's Back to School Beach Bash" event.

4. **Number of Entries:** Participants can purchase multiple raffle tickets. There is no limit to the number of tickets an individual can buy.

5. **Prize:** The raffle prize includes a 30-minute "Intro to Mermaiding" class taught by MysTea Aquatica. The winner will have a unique opportunity to learn the basics of mermaid swimming techniques and have a magical underwater experience.

6. **Winner Selection:**

   - The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the entry period.

   - The drawing will take place at 4:30 pm on Sunday, August 31st, 2025, during the "MysTea's Back to School Beach Bash" event.
