byTameka Aquatica is small aquatic business that focuses on wellness through water via varying aquatic areas including, but not limited to, swim lessons, aquatic therapy, water fitness, etc. A small organization ensuring personal touch and care in every class with every student.

One of the leading private and small group instructors, offering personally crafted lessons/ sessions/ classes/ each session for each student. With each class taken, the measure of success is how much safer you'll feel afterwards. 
where are you located?
I am a traveling coach. Together, we choose a facility of your convenience; YMCA, outdoor pools, weather permitting, or the privacy of your own home/ building pool.
if i, the swimmer/ client, have a pool?
If you, the client, have a pool or has access to a pool, that is the pool we would likely use.
if i, the swimmer/ client, don't have a pool?
If you, the client, doesn't have pool access, together, we will choose a facility of your convenience; YMCA or outdoor pools, weather permitting. 
can i swim with a friend? (max 3 for 45min)
Yes. There are program options available for swim with a friend; small groups can up to 3 students maximum.
whats included in the cost?
cap, membership fees for the chosen facility, if you do not have pool access.
what is aquatic therapy/ wellness?
Aquatic therapy, also known as aquatic rehabilitation or hydrotherapy, involves therapeutic exercises and activities performed in a pool or aquatic environment under the guidance of a trained therapist. It utilizes the properties of water, such as buoyancy, resistance, and hydrostatic pressure, to facilitate rehabilitation, improve mobility, alleviate pain, and enhance overall well-being. 
how long will it take to learn?
 It takes as long you want it to take. I can teach you to swim in 5 - 10 lessons, depending on level of fear and what your overall aquatic goals are. With regular and consistent practice in between lessons, it can be done in no time at all.
 What is the cost per lesson? 
Lessons are offered in 30, 45, 60min increments, starting at $65. On a sliding scale, the cost is also affected by lesson duration and program selection/ track.
